Maverick looks down, "Thanks.." He looks around, he seems very self-concious. "I-It's not too much?"

Alice lies on his side in Blaire’s apartment on her couch. He faces the cushions on the couch, gazing a thousand yards away. // Clark sits in the guild with a different book, a bored look plastered on her face.

Laya shrugs. Her wavy hair was down as usual and she had a plain black long sleeve shirt and nice jeans on. "Let's go."

Maverick nods, "Where do you want to go?" // Sean walks toward Clark. He stops next to you. "You look like a ray of sunshine."

"You are the guy you can pick." Laya speaks

“This book is stupid, but I read the last page first and they all die in the end, so I have to find out the events leading up to it.” She responds while licking her finger and flipping the page.

Maverick frowns. "The guy is suppose to pick?" // Sean watches her saliva on her finger, grimacing a bit. "At least you're interested."

Laya sighs. She looks around "what about the small restaurant at the edge of town? I've heard it's good."

“Kinda interested.” Clark sighs then thimbs through the book. “I just want to know why they die and how they got there without reading the rest of this shit.”

"Oh...I-I'm not hungry.. You can eat though." He says. // Sean crosses his arms. "You're a slow ass reader."

She places the book face-down on the table, then turns to squint at him. “Yeah?”

"That's not how it usually works." Laya shakes her head. She glanced around. "What would you like to do?"

"Uhm..." Maverick wipes sweat from his forehead. "I-I've never done this before.." // Sean nods slowly, "Yeah."

Laya chuckles. " noticed." She heads out of the theatre. " Let's go."

Clark raises an eyebrow. “Oh yeah? And you can read faster than me?”

"I mean I don't know." Sean says. // Maverick follows her, feeling dumb.

She picks up the book and dhoves it in his face. “If I’m slow, then you can OBVIOUSLY read fast than I can.” She growls, her eyes burrowing into him.

Laya headed towards a music shop downtown Magnolia. "We can take a look in here?" She suggested.

Brooke was in her room with Brent pacing back and forth. The doors were locked and the windows shut and closed curtains. "Brooke I don't think we should accept his offer." Brent shakes his head. "For what? The offer of being his right hand? Do you know how much power we would have? We would finally be one step closer to what we want to do Brent. We practically are second in the Foxes anyway." Brooke crosses her arms. Her red eyes narrowed at her brother "Or have you grown soft since joining Fairytail?" Brent clenched his teeth "haven't you?" Brooke sighs. "Maybe a bit. But you know just as well as I that we don't belong there. We aren't the good guys." Brooke gets to her feet. "There is no redemption for us. Not after everything we have done."

Blaire stared at a cave. She groaned. All she wanted was warmth but the voice wouldn't let her stop. "Not yet." The voice would speak. Blaire sighs. She trudges through the snow and keeps her pace on the path before long she arrived at snow blown cave. Blaire tilted her head confused to why she had to stop there. Blaire walked up towards it and slowly wiped the snow away from the front entrance. The rock had old language written into it with a shape of a gem in it. Blaire removed her necklace and placed the stone the correct way. The snow would melt away as fast as she placed it in the spot. The rock entrance would move and Blaire entered. She looked around wide eyed, amazed. The place was lovely. A garden of many different flowers with hanging baskets around the pure white pillars. A pond in the middle and a fountain would be quietly running in the middle of. Blaire looked around confused with what this place was, she kept walking further into it before the voice went silent. She found a door written once again in ancient writing she could not understand.

can someone give me a better run down of the old gen?)

(The old generation is basically before the characters like Kaiya, Lithium and those guys. A lot of them are ancestors to these guys though. They are not in a time of war. However, the king currently is looking to start a war with three powerful stones.)

Maverick nods. “Sure, whatever you want.” He smiles under his mask. // Sean nods, “I will defintely read naughty books fast.”
