"Is it going to change anything?" Lithium asks.

"What do you want to change Lithium?" *Vincent turns.* "Are you going to be selfish and want change in your family? Or are you going to contribute to change the world?"

Tamiko sighs. "Why don't you smile?"//Kaiya chuckled and held him tightly.//"Or we could get an actual puppy." Isamu suggested

"I tried changing the world and I lost too many people. I only now just made things better with Skeleton, and he's only agreed to talk to me." Lithium says.

"I don't really have anything to smile about right now." Mekhi says

"What do you mean?" Tamiko asked

"What I said." Mekhi answers

"Yeah. People are going to die. They're going to die for the greater good." *Vincent says.* // *Lynette narrows her eyes.* "A puppy huh?" // *Skeleton resumes trying to kiss Kaiya.* // *Leon wakes up and stares at the ceiling, for once seeing where he is and not some ditch he may have died in.*

Lithium clenches his teeth together. "I don't want this!"

"Yeah why not?" Isamu smiled//Kaiya reaches under his shirt in attempt to take it off.//"Nothing to be happy about right now? But why?" Tamiko asked

"I don't know I'm just neutral is all." Mekhi shrugs.

"Lithium." *Vincent says.* "None of us do. So we have two options. We can lay down and give up, or we can stand up and try to change things.  Let's change things Lithium. I know you have the desire within you. You're my son, after all. You're feeling disenfranchised. I felt like that once too." // *Lynette grins.* "I like animals." // *Skeleton undoes the button on his neck that would make it difficult to pull it over his head.* // *Leon stands and stumbles towards the door. He opens it.* "Anyone home?"

"I only ever see you smile around Alena." Tamiko frowns.//" Why don't we get a puppy then?" Isamu asked.//Kaiya smirked and took off his shirt after he undid the button.

"No appreciates me when I try to change things." Lithium goes into his room, the sound of clothes being stuffed into his bag and a sack of jewels are heard. He comes out and slams the door. He steps toward his father, "All because there's a war going on doesn't give you any right to constantly neglect us. But you don't want to deal with your family? Fine. Starting now, you don't have one." He scowls and stomps down the stairs, leaving the house without closing the door.

"She has quite the gift." Mekhi says, placing a hand on Tamiko's head.

"I wish I did." Tamiko frowns. "Maybe... I shouldn't let Vincent come with..."
