*Conrad reluctantly opens his eyes.* "Uh...Hey." *He grimaces.* // *Lias chuckles.* "Such a sudden change of mind."

"You made me f-fuc..fricking horny!" Coraline begins to travel down the alleyway.

He’s met with her face very close to his, and she looks pissed. “What the fuck, Conrad?”

*Lias furrows his brow.* "Where are you going?" // *Conrad gulps down his pride. There's a long pause.* "How...have you been?"

"I'm embarrassed!" Coraline says, leaning against the wall, hugging her herself.

"I'm sorry, it's my fault." *Lias replies.*

"No, it's mine." Coraline says. "I shouldn't have led you in there." She turns, blinking her blue eyes at him.

*Lias looks down at his hands again.* "You ever going to tell me what's happening with these?"

She puts her hands on her hips. “How have I been?!” She growls. “I spent four months trying to get over you!” She throws her arms in the air with a sigh. “And I was pretty fuckin good till you showed up!”

"It's to keep me in place." Coraline says, looking down at his hands. "The moon causes me pain, and the sun gives me pleasure."

*Conrad adjusts his glasses. Only four months? He shakes his head.* "Well...you read the note I left you didn't you? You could read my handwriting?" // "And...I have this because I touched the book?" *Lias asks.*

"I have an unimaginable amount of power. That was sent on me so two people can either reward me if I did something good or punish me if I did something bad whether it was true or not." Coraline says.

“Yeah, asshole. But thanks for saying good-bye in person.” She says sarcastically.

"I'm really sorry Clark." *Conrad says.* "But...I felt lost." // *Lias looks back at his hands.* "So...how do I use these?"

She sticks her tongue in her cheek as he speaks. “Too lost to break up and say good-bye first, huh?”

“I don’t really know..” Coraline says. “Like any other magic, I guess.”

*Lias clenches his fist with the sun, trying to activate the magic.* // *Conrad looks Clark in the eyes.* "I couldn't face you. I was afraid."

“But I would perfer if you didn-“ Coraline drops to the floor as the sun glows. She curls up, her cheeks puff out as she tries to stop any noise from leaving her.

“Afraid of what? Of me getting pissed?” She stamps her foot. “Fucker!”

"No!" *Conrad clenches his teeth.* "Of...not being able to leave. I was...a stupid kid." // *Lias grins and clenches his fist tighter to see if it gets worse.*

Coraline lets out a choked gasp, but her face softens and her body uncurls as if she’s forced to accept it. She lays on her back breathing heavily. “L-Lias..please!” She yelps, unclear if it’s a sign to stop or to keep going.

*Lias opens his hand to stop it.*

Clark runs her hand over the side of her shaved head. “Yeah you were. So what are you doing back here?”

"I'm broke. I'm alone. I'm unemployed. I ran out of drugs." *Conrad lists off.* "I..." *He trails off.*

She lays on the ground, starring up. After a few moments, she sits up and beckons him over with a finger. “Come here. Now.”
