“Shhh. Just this once.” *Lias says, squeezing his fist as tight as possible.*

Coraline pushes Lias away, “I said st-!” She gasps and falls against the wall.

*Lias watches her almost with a sick satisfaction on his face.*

Coralines curls into a ball, her body trembling. Her eyes are shut.

*Lias puts his hands in his pockets.* “Done?”

Coraline stands up slowly, using the wall for support. “My clothes, please.” She says to him quietly, looking in the opposite direction.

“It’s back in the alleyway.” *Lias says, ogling.*

Coraline tries to cover herself with an arm. “Can you go get them for me please?”

“Suddenly you feel a little shame?” *Lias leans back.*

Coraline frowns. “Yes, I feel shame.” She says. “Those symbols mess me up.”

*Lias feels guilt grow inside him.* “Sorry...I...got a little power crazy.”

“No, I think you just wanted to watch me.” Coraline smirks, looking up at him.

*Lias looks away.* “I’ll...go grab your dress.”

Coraline frowns. “Don’t be upset.” She says.

*Lias looks back at Coraline. He looks her up and down before heading out into the alleyway to retrieve her dress.*

Coraline turns toward him. “I’m sorry.”

“Don’t apologise. I...acted out of turn.” *Lias returns holding the dress.*

Coraline shuffles her feet. “It was nice.” She admits. “But I just...don’t want to be used as a maid again.”

“I’ll never do it again.” *Lias looks away and holds out the dress.*

Coraline blinks, looking down at the dress. She grabs her dress. “Just don’t take advantage of it.”

*Lias turns around, to face away from her.* “Yeah. Is there any way to get rid of these?” *He looks at his hands.*

Clark pauses for a moment to consider this. “Yeah. I’ll come. I’ll see if you can still play.” She smirks at him then moves over to the meechant selling skewers and purchases one.

*Conrad frowns. That was stupid of him. It’s an unforgiving world, but maybe she’s not an unforgiving girl. He closes his eyes as his own stomach grumbles. That’s only going to get worse.*

She grabs a few napkins and sticks them in her back pocket before wandering over to him. “What did you do?”

“I went around. Doing jobs. Trying drugs. Looking for myself.” *Conrad replies. He still hasn’t decided if he did or not.*
