Clark thinks for a moment then slowly nods in agreement. “Yeah.” // Alice pulls the blanket up. “You know, I told her it was okay if I ended up dying.”

"What!? Why would you say that?" Blaire asked.

“Because I was desperate, okay!” Alice whines. “You were taking too long!”

"Nothing happens over night you know! I was trying to find a way!" Blaire puts her hands to her head shaking it.

Fox lies on a bench in a rather busy part of town. He has his feet where his head go and his head where is feet go, and his eyes are closed.

“Well I’m sorry.” Alice pouts.

Blaire sighs " I'm exhausted...with everything." She goes to her room for a bit. She comes back with a bag on her back "at least you are alive." She heads towards the door

Kan walks past the crowd. He sticks out, but its unsure what exactly makes him stick out. Maybe its the bored look on his face, or the slouched soldiers. Or the way he looks at people at they go back him. Or maybe it's his dull colors.

Alice sits up attentively. “Where are you going? What are you doing?” // Fox opens an eye just as Kan passes, like he has a sixth sense. He gives a low whistle.

Blaire turns around. "Just...to visit my adopted family. Clear my head."

Kan looks over to Fox as he whistles. He stops.

Fox opens his other eye and winks at him. // Alice frowns. “Will you be long?”

Kan’s eyes widened slightly, and his pupils dilate. He walks over to him.

Fox watches him approach with a bright, sunny face. He can’t get over how much he likes Kan’s hair.

Kan tilts his head back, then looks forward. He doesn’t smile, but he stops infront of him. “You called?”

He tips his head slightly, wiggling his toes. He isn’t a slayer as of now, so his hair is its dark blue with a white stripe down each side. “You’re cute.”

Kan smiles, a bright smile. He pauses, trying to thibk of the best way to go for this. “I-I’m..a guy.” He awkwardly chuckles.

Fox looks up at his crotch then at his face. “What a coincidence, me too! Wanna get coffee?”

Kan presses his lips together, he bounces on his knees, staring up at him. He nods his head. “Coffee sounds acceptable.”

“Great!” Fox rolls off the bench and onto his feet. “Oh! You’re even better right side up.” He grins.

"I don't know. Why?" Blaire asked

Kan stuffs his hands in his pockets. "Lead the way." He tells him.

Alice shrugs. “I...don’t want you to be gone for like a month. I’d miss you.” // Fox starts walking down the street, slowly at first to let Kan catch up to walk next to him.

Blaire smiled. "I don't think I'll be that long. I just wanna learn more and clear my head."

He thinks for a moment. “If you’re gone for more than two weeks, will you write?”
