Niram narrows his eyes. "Does my presence bother you?" As Niram adjusts his jacket, Shiomi would probably notice the cog tattooed to the side of his abdomen. "Your mind seems to wander."

Shiomi looks him up and down, studying his demeanor. She puts her hands on her hips. "My mind always wanders, Niram." She tells him, what's the cog tattoo mean? Is there a chance he's robotic? Unlikely, but she'd like to find out what the inside of HIM looks like.

"Do you keep up with world politics at all? I'm from Midi." Niram says

"Somewhat, they've always seemed to bore me." She squats down and smacks the back of Niram's calve, testing the firmness. "S'cuse me." She says before standing up again. "But I have heard of that place before."

Niram furrows his brow. What a strange greeting custom. "Midi is in disarray. If you want to be successful and survive, it's not the place to be."

"Well, isn't that amusing." Shiomi says. "Where you stand used to be debris only 20 years ago."

"Yes..." Niram looks at the ground. "I heard about the subjugation of Fiore. And about the great resistance Fairy Tail led."

Shiomi puts her hands over her mouth to stop herself from laughing. She regains her composure and pushes up her glasses. "From what I heard from my father and mother, the resistance was pathetic. They failed multiple times, had a hard time working together, and it took roughly 19 years for them to pull together."

Niram chuckles. "Stories are different based on who's telling them."

"I suppose so." She says, folding her hands together.

Melody sighs. "What ever they want must be important. Let's stick together."

Salem stands to the side and stares them down. Shiomi is only suppised to be interested in him: she’s only suposed to cut HIM up; she’s only supposed to hurt HIM. He balls his fists and tries to reoccupy himself with something else in the guild. // Claude cocks his head to the side like a dog. “Wha? Why?” // Rosemary squints as she tries to figure out which one is him. She holds up both hands and starts to dish put green disks to as many feinds as she can.

"That's interesting though. I figured it had just taken that long to get together a strong enough resistance." Niram says. // "Agreed. They seemed tough." Fenwick says.

"I could take em." Melody teases. There would the figures again almost seemingly closer to house.//"I don't want him to know who you are." Aliyah crossed her arms.//the duplications would duplicate after they would slip or get hit from the discs. Felix growls and tried to create a wall of ice to block the escape the man was planning

Shiomi glances at Salem, and bites her lip. She moves so she's behind Niram, and grabs a hold of Niram's arm. "Salem, I think he's going to fit in well." She says, squeezing Niram's arm.

Claude blinks a few times. “Okay!” He smiles. He obviously doesn’t understand what she’s saying. “Did you give him my gift?” // Rosemary scowls. This asshole. She does a quick analysis of the figure’s appearance and ducks behind a group of peoole. When she emerges she is disguised as one of the bandit’s duplicates and slides into the ice enclosure. // Salem forces a smile. “Of course he will!” He cheers behind clenched teeth. “Who wouldn’t like him?”

"We're on a job, don't screw up." Fenwick says with confidence. // "Uh...I'm a pawn right now, aren't I?" Niram comments.

"Says you." Melody teased. "Let's circle back towards the deck."//"No. I didn't." Aliyah narrows her eyes.//Felix tries to keep the man shooting ice from the ground but he can't seem to tell which one is a duplicate or not.

Shiomi looks to Niram. "Huh, of course not, hun." She grabs Salem's arm now as well, which one felt larger, warmer, stiffer?

Claude dreamily smiles and stares through her. “Why not? It is a bead to his necklace.” // Rosemary joins the other duplicates, but she turns and looks at Felix to indicate to him that she’s real. // Salem leans down to look Shiomi directly in the eyes. He doesn’t say anything.

Shiomi looks up and smiles at Salem, "Hm?" She asks, digging her nails into his arm.

He looks at her with the same foggy blue eyes as Claude, but Salem’s are clearer. He flexes his forearm and clenches his jaw as he tries to think about flowers and butterflies. “Why must you torment me like this?”

Shiomi's eyes furrow as the realization kicks in. Aliyah, a single mother. Salem, a fatherless child. Daddy Squirrel, a fucking weirdo that isn't allowed to see his son, but he said his son was 15. Maybe he was wrong? Maybe she's wrong. But the eyes, the eyes are similar. Shiomi seems to freeze in shock as she takes a step back, staring into Salem's eyes.

He pulls his arm away but the pain lingers; the sweet sting of regret. Salem furrows his brow and he steps toward her. “Shiomi? Are you okay?”

"Y-You.." She opens her mouth to speak. She can't tell him that, who is she to tell him that!? She doesn't even know for sure. But will his mother ever tell him? Her hands drop to her sides, lifeless. She seems to be stuck in shock, mind racing. He smelled similar too, the jaw, the nose, he's almost a spitting image of the man.
