"Well that for one." Felix points to her bloody fingers "for two.." He points to the pile of bones. "Why would that be considered normal?"

"This is no difference from killing a cow and skinning it, putting it's meat into little perfect cylinders of chunk, and cooking it on a grill." Shiomi says.

"Not...information I needed to know specifically." Felix cringes. "Why exactly are you doing that?"

"Because, I'm making a stew. I promise all the gross stuff is done. Would you like to eat with me? I have plenty and this is my specialty dish." Shiomi smiles.

"Uh...... what's all in the stew? This isn't some trick like your sister does right?" Felix asks.

Shiomi frowns, "Oh god she hasn't tried anything on you has she?"

"I'm only 16 but my sister tells me about what she can do." Felix shrugs.

"Well, no. There is nothing suspicious in this soup. It'll be freshly cooked veggies such as the classic carrots, peas, some onions. I'm adding chunked potato slices as well. The meat creates an amazing flavored broth, and the texture is just perfect. I'm adding some garlic seasoning, but I have to boil the water first in order to purify it. Perhaps I should collect some more wood as well, ah! Maybe I should collect some forest roots as well for the extra punch.." She seems to be now talking to herself more than anyone.

Felix snaps his fingers "come back to reality here Shiomi. I'll have the stew."

Shiomi looks over, "Great! Mind grabbing a pot of water for me?" She asks, passing him the large pot.

"Sure." Felix nods. He takes the pot and heads to the river. He returns with the pot full of water. "Anything else?"

"I just have to cut up these veggies and cook the meat, then boil the water." She says, a grabs a stone cutting board. She begins to shave the onions of its skin.

"Why dont you do it....in a kitchen?" Felix asks.

“Just easier to do it here.” She says, finishing cutting up the veggies and preparing the meat, she begins to boil the water.

"It...is?" Felix tilts his head.

Salem knocks on Washington's front door. "H-hey man!" He calls while nervously wringing his hands. "Can you get out here?"

Fenwick drops into a seat at the guild and lets out a long sigh, putting his feet up on the table. That was a waste of time.

Rosemary slumps down next to him. She has cobwebs in her hair from their adventure. "She could've done that herself."

"Probably." Fenwick stretches his arms. "Feels like it was more AJ's idea to try and get us to grow up or something."

Rosemary stares up at the ceiling and slowly nods her head. "Especially because she's the one that picked us."

"Well I don't need to grow up. I'm an adult." Fenwick says, scratching the back of his head. He glances over at Rosemary.

"AJ doesn't know what she's talking about." Rosemary sighs.

Fenwick grins and puts a finger at the collar of Rosemary's shirt. "Hey you've got something on your shirt."

AJ and Tamiko met in AJ's appartment. "I see." AJ frowns. "Well it didn't go as well as I hoped for them. And learning that there is someone that is starting the war between the gods is....unnerving." Aj sighs. "I know. Whoever is doing this was the real cause behind the fallen guardians, Torah, and the fall of that kingdom. It had a sense of death wherever I would be. The words on the wall. Whoever it was, was trying to summon something..." they kept talking before Tamiko was on her way.
